CNC Machine Operator – Amherst, NY (1804391)
This is a night shift position, shifts which consist of 4 – 10-hour shifts per week. Construct and provide precision parts, models, fabrications and patterns from raw stock materials for the expansion control systems that we provide our customers. Works from 3D CAD models, drawings. Able to program, set-up and operate 3-axis CNC Machining centers and Manual Machining Equipment.
80% - CAM Programming / Model Making / Machine Operation
10% - Fixture Design / Support
10% CAD and solid modeling
CAM Programming from 3D Solid CAD Model.
Regular reliable attendance and courteous treatment, communication and interaction in all working relationships, internal and external.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For In You…
High School degree or GED
2 years of experience reading and interpreting shop drawings.
2 years of metal fabrication machine operation.
2-year degree or Technical Degree in machining, manufacturing, or mold machining preferred.
HAAS and FANUK control experience preferred.
