Product Manager (1903304) – Beachwood, OH

Where the Chemistry Happens

This Product Manager role, as a member of the Admixture Systems Marketing team, is responsible for collecting, analyzing, clearly organizing and distributing market and strategic related information. The position is also responsible for creating and implementing product line growth strategies, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and product portfolio life cycle management. The candidate will be challenged to identify new product needs and coordinate new product development projects. The Product Manager will assess and develop responses to competitive threats, develop Sales/Marketing tools and provide technical field training and support for assigned product lines.

Formula for Success

  • Experience in the construction industry

  • Market Research and Analysis experience

  • Sales or Marketing experience in a technical (Architectural/Engineering) environment

  • Managerial or supervisory experience

Knowledge/Skills

  • Experience with market research and analysis – customer surveys, focus groups, voice-of-the-customer

  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, to build teams, to serve as a team member, and to infuse teams with functional marketing and product management expertise

  • Demonstrated influence skills. Able to influence individuals across all functional organizations and at all levels

  • Understands or can readily create events/information that result in understanding of customer product and service needs.

  • Experience in running broad-based marketing programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to direct tactical marketing deliverables
