What you can expect
In our unit Master Data we take care of the Master Data of the BASF clients and suppliers in Europe and develop customized workflow solutions which can support the cooperation with our contact people from Procurement, Sales and Finance.
You are also responsible for the maintenance (creation, modification, deletion, reactivation) of our Business Partner Master data in SAP R/3.
You make sure that our database is always complete, consistent and correct by checking information using various sources.
You contribute to the preparation of reports and lists and actively participate in optimization projects.
What we expect
You have completed your studies in business and have ideally gained some work experience in Master Data.
You can successfully use your basic knowledge in accounting and business in legal entities and business contexts.
You can work with SAP R/3, ideally in module FI and have experience with MS Office.
A high technical affinity and first hand experience of programming/scripting would be an extra advantage.
You can easily communicate and give presentations in Italian, Spanish or French, as well as in German and/or English.
You are customer-oriented, appreciate the diversity in a team and contribute with your efficient and precise way of working to achieve the best results.
