What you can expect

We drive mobility. Our new People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers in the field of Global Mobility. Whether national and international

meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible.

  • In this position you will drive the further development of our service concept and implement, together with our digitalization team, new digital solutions to foster service experience and efficiency.

  • You will promote the change process and enable our delivery teams and the stakeholders globally to leverage the enhanced service concept.

  • Moreover, you will co-design and manage the rollout of new concepts and programs in international personnel transfers based on the global transfer policies.

  • You will steer the selection and deployment of the global relocation service provider, who advises our international assignees and supports them in organizational issues.

  • Furthermore, you will constantly improve the current processes towards more efficiency, take a leading role within the Mobility community and strengthen the internal and external cooperation with our partners.

What we expect

  • completed studies in a business-related field and several years of professional experience in the field of international personnel transfers / talent mobility

  • expertise in vendor and project management as well as in service optimization, automation, and change management in a service-minded organization

  • know-how of SAP HCM, Service Platforms or CRM Systems, APro or further HR / Relocation tools

  • knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the context of global mobility

  • ability to work independently and the drive to deal with new topics and develop them proactively

  • strong communication skills in German and English
