What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team Compensation & Benefits Services and M&A Services, you will take on professional and disciplinary team leadership from day one with regard to staff management, appraisal and development, as well as the corresponding resource and budget responsibility.
You will lead a team which designs a compelling total offer with a regional or global scope based on a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture as well as providing M&A services including PMI activities.
Furthermore, you and your team will provide standard compensation processes like merit increase, salary changes and bonus payouts by ensuring accurate end-to-end progress at every stage.
This includes the execution of periodic audits, target group-oriented communication as well as the preparation and presentation of reports.
You will be responsible for the implementation of global compensation governance frameworks.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to the strategic development of the department and support digitalization and efficiency measures as part of the Global Business Services strategy.
What we expect
degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
several years of working experience within human resources as well as leadership experience
good understanding of full cycle for job evaluation, pay band creation, salary merit increase, bonus schemes and benefit structures as well as M&A including PMI activities
committed team player with communication skills, who sets demanding goals on his/her own responsibility and meets challenges with an open mind
ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English and desirably in German or another EMEA languages as well
