What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team Compensation & Benefits Services we are looking for several new colleagues. Contribute to design a compelling Compensation & Benefits offer based on our business goals and strategy that matches our work and organizational culture!
You will be the go-to-person for compensation topics for country local HR (e.g. salary and labor market research) and thereby always keep an eye on the latest trends in the market.
Furthermore, you will support proper conducting of market benchmarks and contribute to this process at all stages.
This includes data delivery to external providers, development of market reference lines, supporting business in decision on reward packages as well as scouting of market trends.
Besides, you will work on merit increases, salary changes and bonus payouts and the corresponding processes.
Lastly, you will contribute to projects in the areas of compensation and job grading including problem identification and impact analysis, development of sustainable solutions and change management.
What we expect
completed apprenticeship or degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
working experience in compensation and benefits or a related field for one or more countries
good knowledge on compensation principles up to different service providers such as Hay, Mercer etc.
great communication skills in English and desirably in German or another EMEA languages as well such as French, Spanish, Turkish or Dutch
Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
