What you can expect

As a Knowledge Specialist you are the central contact person of our unit Agricultural Solutions Expert Services for all topics in the field of knowledge management and transfer.

  • You coordinate and manage the internal knowledge management and define the right means and structures.

  • Moreover, you raise awareness of the importance of knowledge management and shape an environment in which people are inspired to share their knowledge and best practices.

  • You support and advice our teams in the creation and implementation of a documentation system to ensure the preservation of knowledge and enable the onboarding of future newcomers by sharing best practices.

  • Furthermore, you obtain an overview of the status of the knowledge documentation in the department, identify gaps, shared topics and fields of expertise to create transparency of available trainings and learning possibilities.

  • You foster the knowledge exchange between sub teams and departments and support the unit's communication within our Berlin Hub as well as to our global partners.

  • You coordinate and conduct trainings for newcomers and existing team members.

  • Within the community you collaborate with other Knowledge & Communication Specialists to further develop the field of knowledge management and exchange best practices.

What we expect

  • successfully completed university studies or vocational training with several years of professional experience

  • experience with the coordination of working groups or project teams

  • knowledge in the agricultural business section is an advantage

  • reliable and structured way of working, high degree of ownership and entrepreneurial thinking

  • passion for knowledge management and interest in new technologies and tools

  • strong communication and presentation skills in English, German skills desired but not required
