What you can expect
In this role within our Domestic Deliveries Unit, you are responsible for receipting of goods, stocks reconciliations and management of sample orders. Through tasks related with inventory management and P2P processes, including reporting, analysis and interpretation of respective KPIs, you ensure constant process efficiency enhancement.
You drive and maintain most accurate receipting of goods and services for all business units.
You manage the asset registry as well as monitor and execute stock adjustments and provide support during inventory audits when required.
By facilitating the PR/PO and payment process you manage relationship within BASF functions and ensure excellent customer service to internal customers.
You support the activities within non-conformance management and disposal processes.
You receive and process sample orders as well as coordinate their shipping to the customer together with maintaining documentation required for the destination country.
Finally, you coordinate distribution, stock issuing and reconciliation of samples with all involved site buildings.
What we expect
completed Bachelor's degree within relevant field (preferably Business Administration or similar)
relevant professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Finance is a plus
good understanding of inventory management and/or warehousing functions
excellent ability to work with MS Office packages
profound knowledge of SAP (Materials Management module)
excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English
