What you can expect
Within our Personnel Administration Europe unit, you will work with us to support the employees of the European BASF Group companies with regard to various administrative personnel matters.
You will assume responsibility for checking invoices for employees on international assignments and will monitor and support employees with a global credit card in close coordination with our partners.
You will advise the employees within your area of supervision and support by phone in close coordination with the relevant local HR departments.
In the process, you will observe the BASF guidelines and the provisions of collective agreements and applicable laws and regulations.
You will ensure the current documentation and further development of the HR knowledge base by actively contributing to the intensive sharing of information and experiences within the team.
What we expect
You have completed a formal vocational education in business and commerce or have a degree in business and economics and optimally have several years of professional experience in operational personnel work.
You are able to communicate effectively in both German and English.
You are also a proficient user of the standard MS Office applications.
You keep a level head even in difficult situations and deal with customers with poise and confidence and with the necessary level of friendliness and commitment to providing services.
