We are responsible for BASF's real estate management and ensure optimal use of the portfolio with our real estate services. International and national real estate initiatives as well as the purchase and sale of real estate are part of our work.
What you can expect
Become part of our new team that offers excellent services in the field of real estate management. In this role, you will take responsibility for the strategic aspects of facility management (FM) across BASF's real estate portfolio, predominantly in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Furthermore, you will drive the FM budgeting and reporting process with the focus on planning preparation, plausibility check of planning approaches, planning consolidation and coordination with controlling.
You will further support in the development of our FM service strategy as well as controlling with a focus on building data, operating costs, hard and soft services, user satisfaction, building safety and service provider quality.
Last but not least, you will advise on FM tender projects and support the steering of integrated FM service providers.
What we expect
degree in Facility Management, Engineering or Business Management
several years of relevant experience and a good knowledge in Facility Management in the corporate real estate environment, preferably in an international context
excellent and in-depth knowledge on facility management, procurement, financial concepts and general administration as well as familiarity with regulations, reporting and industry drivers
highly proficient in MS Office and ideally user knowledge of SAP
fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written skills
willingness to travel frequently
Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
