What you can expect
Join our unit Product Safety Services as Quality Manager and support our sites in the Nordic and Baltic countries as well as UK and Ireland.
You will drive and maintain the quality awareness, the Quality Management (QM) system documentation and manage the process landscape. At once, you will ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and BASF requirement for quality.
Moreover, you will analyse requirements for changes and improvements in the management system, identify risks as well as weaknesses and ensure that they are addressed.
You will review effectiveness and efficiency process through process measures and ensure preventive as well as corrective actions.
Beyond that, you will plan, manage internal audits, support as well as train internal auditors and provide reports on system performance to the leadership team.
Last but not least, you will support and consult N/B & UK/IE sites as well as Business Units colleagues and organize trainings for process owners and internal auditors as well as Quality Management meetings.
What we expect
proven experience with Quality Management and Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a similar field studies is preferable
in depth knowledge of business processes, of quality management systems and of relevant ISO standards
internal auditor qualification at least for ISO 9001
excellent knowledge of English
Swedish, Danish or Norwegian are beneficial
good problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to plan as well as prioritize and willingness to travel
