In the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, we ensure that a consistent local approach is adopted in the various countries. To achieve this, we communicate with the relevant corporate divisions and contribute our regional expertise. We work with mature markets just as much as developing markets and either support the established companies there or promote our business in emerging markets.

What you can expect

Join our Business Support team and implement the new system GFOS for our customers and with it new services coming along.

  • You will cooperate closely at every stage with the Application Owner and GFOS service provider and help our customer to set up the system according to their needs, especially during the onboarding process of (new) group companies.

  • In the context of technical (user) support of GFOS staff planning application and reporting tool, you will develop efficient processes to handle 2nd and 3rd level support between the company, Service Center and service provider.

  • You will set up complex reportings due to customer needs, analyze company data and authorize assignments and permissions.

  • You will be responsible for the technical handling of organizational changes, where you analyze customer needs and translate it into the technical organizational structures.

  • You will implement, control and support technical changes to the system that are necessary due to current adjustments to the infrastructure, technical requirements, technical problems or company structures.

  • The maintenance of challenging system settings completes your task package.

What we expect

  • MasterĀ“s or Bachelor's Degree in computer science, commercial informatics or comparable qualification

  • ideally first IT business experience with HR focus (f.e. Time Management / Application Support)

  • first knowledge of GFOS system is a plus

  • advanced knowledge of time management topics in the context of production processes/business, f.e. staff planning, SQL (Structured Query Language), eQM (Enterprise Quality Management Software) and SF (SuccessFactors) are advantageous

  • advanced project management skills

  • convincing personality with strong communication skills

  • fluency in English and German

  • high willingness to travel
