What you can expect
As part of setting up our new team Compensation & Benefits Services we are looking for several new colleagues. In this position you will contribute to design a compelling total offer based on business goals and strategy with a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
You will be the go-to-person for the compensation topics for country local HR such as conducting salary and labor market research and thereby always keep an eye on the latest trends in the market.
Furthermore, you will support proper conducting of market benchmarks and contribute to this process at all stages.
This includes data delivery to external providers, development of market reference lines, supporting business in decision on reward packages as well as scouting of market trends.
Besides, you will provide standard compensation related services like merit increase, salary changes and bonus payouts by ensuring proper and accurate end-to-end progress at every stage.
Lastly, you will contribute to regional and global projects in the areas of compensation and job grading including problem identification and impact analysis, development of sustainable solutions and change management.
What we expect
completed degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
several years working experience in compensation and benefits or a related field for one or more countries
good knowledge on compensation principles up to different service providers such as Hay, Mercer etc.
strong analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data management and presentation
committed team player with great communication skills to convey complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English and desirably in German or another EMEA languages as well
Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
