What you can expect
In this position you will be responsible for the HR preparation and execution of national and international M&A projects and post-merger integrations of the BASF Group.
In this context, you will take on the appraisal, consulting, and implementation of commercial as well as HR-related issues in M&A projects and structural changes.
Furthermore, you will design and support negotiations with employee representatives and accompany resulting processes.
In the case of structural changes, you will be responsible for the global coordination and regional management of HR issues and for advising internal customers.
You will also coordinate and manage HR topics in global and regional projects, support the communication of relevant measures and accompany the change process.
You will not only support comprehensive knowledge management in the unit and the HR M&A community but will also contribute your expertise to cross-unit projects to further develop the field of work.
Finally, training HR managers on HR M&A topics is part of your scope of duties as well.
