What you can expect
We are looking for a candidate to join our Master Data Management team and ensure the high quality of our master data for the entire supply chain. With start-up spirit as well as foresight, we establish new forms of cooperation across divisions and regions with production plants and central raw material purchasing.
You check and validate the requirements for procurement of raw materials on the basis of supplier documents and are responsible for the global master data maintenance for our central raw material purchasing in SAP.
You also support the coordination between the internal units, the production sites and the suppliers.
Furthermore, you work together with colleagues from the packaging as well as EHS departments and ensure that all regulatory requirements for material master data have been met.
In doing so, you contribute your experience in process optimization and implementation.
Last but not least, you act as a capable person of contact in the area of master data management as well as materials management for internal and external customers and, at the same time, as part of our global network.
What we expect
completed commercial training or studies in business administration and ideally first professional experience in the area of master data management
initial knowledge of supply chain processes, materials management and purchasing processes and guidelines
proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and ideally already some knowledge of SAP modules
confident communication in German and English
analytical, service-, solution- and team-oriented with strong communication skills
