What you can expect

Our unit Product Safety Services for EMEA ensures that sales & marketing of our chemical products comply with national chemical legislation in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

• Your expertise is on demand: As an SAP-Expert you release the SDS of products sold in the United Kingdom and Ireland, ensuring compliance with national requirements and manage their distribution.

• The maintaining and managing of master data of the Poison Center Notification (PCN) for Agricultural products also belongs to your work.

• For all questions in the area of product safety for EMEA countries you are the contact person for our customers.

• Furthermore, you must be prepared to cover for colleagues in the team when needed, just as the responsibilities within these positions may be adjusted due to change in legislation and support the production sites when required.

• Your area of responsibility also includes the implementation of national chemical and trade control legislation as well as the interaction with state regulatory authorities on such issues.

• The preparation and conduction of training for respective parties on Product safety & Trade Control topics fulfills your range of tasks.

What we expect

• degree in chemistry or in a related field of study, first professional experience within the chemistry area is an advantage

• profound user knowledge in MS Office and (SAP) databases

• strong communication skills in English

• ability to work in a team as well as strong customer-orientation capability

• strong analytical skills as well as a very good organizational ability paired with independent working methods

• willingness to travel
