What you can expect
Within our departement you will be responsible for the functional and line management of the team Payroll for Switzerland and Poland from day one.
This includes employee growth and further development, personnel planning and budgeting as well as partner management, continuous improvement of services and processes of the business.
You will collaborate with Partners from local group companies, departments as well as other internal and external parties to achieve your goals.
Being part of the leadership team, you contribute to the strategic development of the department and support its steering through regular reporting.
What we expect
You have successfully obtained a degree, preferably in economics.
Additionally, you have gained several years of people management experience in the field of HR or Finance. Previous experience in or with HR Shared Service Center is an asset.
You can rely on a broad process know-how in payroll for Poland, Swiss Payroll will be an advantage.
You have contributed to the optimization of business and internal processes and structures.
You are familiar with personnel administration and payroll software. Knowledge of SAP or Polish payroll software as well as Platnik and Edek programs will be an advantage.
You can fluently communicate with the partners from local group companies and your employees in English, Polish and German.
You show high customer and service orientation.
