Maintenance Engineer (1804351) – Bishop, TX
Where the Chemistry Happens
As a valued member of Bishop Site team, you will d evelop and implement programs to ensure compliance with technical engineering standards, efficient repair procedures and processes, minimize disruptions to operations due to unplanned outages; accountable for providing technical support to improve equipment availability.
You will be reporting directly to the Mechanical Maintenance Execution Manager.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in Mechanical Engineering and professional experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, you will participate in the development of routine maintenance job plans, analysis of equipment life and performance, preparation and elaboration of repair, predictive, and preventative maintenance procedures, and design maintenance activities to achieve equipment performance objectives.
Your ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, you will provide daily support of planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
Utilizing your strong problem-solving skills, you will provide inputs into the Bad Actor Program and create action plans for improving reliability.
As a role model, you will assist in the training and development of in-house maintenance resources.
Successfully collaborating across the organization, you will participate in maintenance improvement, equipment upgrades, equipment replacement projects and capital projects.
