Maintenance Manager (1804336) – Bishop, TX
Where the Chemistry Happens
As a valued member of Bishop Site Leadership team, you will lead and manage all maintenance positions and processes for the Site . You will be responsible for efficient and effective daily maintenance execution. In your leadership capacity, you will attract, develop, promote, and retain talent.
You will report directly to the Site Manager.
Formula for Success
Leading a large cross-functional team of professionals, you will be responsible for Maintenance Process Improvements throughout the Site and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Utilizing your manufacturing experience, you will lead the development of Site Maintenance goals by driving implementation, monitoring effectiveness and taking necessary actions to achieve committed results.
Leveraging your analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, work management, and entrepreneurial skills, you will support and implement continuous improvement methodologies to maintenance work processes that result in an increase in plant availability while reducing the plant repair factor.
Your prior education and work experience in an engineering and manufacturing capacity will provide you with the authority to eliminate unnecessary and/or redundant work, as well as manage the backlog of approved work.
Demonstrating your proven ability to develop and manage sustainable programs, you will ensure the development and sustainable implementation of Maintenance processes consistent with plant requirements as defined by Site Development & Asset Management Plans.
As a role model, you will ensure consistent, site-wide use of Maintenance best practices and encourage active participation with internal and external networks to ensure maximum learning through reapplication of best practices and success stories.
