Inoculant Brand Manager - (1900917)
Where the Chemistry Happens
The primary focus in this position will be to manage the entire BASF inoculant portfolio sold through the BASF distribution network. The position will require an ability to influence and interact with the Marketing, Customer Solutions, Sales, and Legal groups as well as BASF Strategic Agency Partners. Responsible for all aspects of inoculant branding and communication. Responsible for stewarding development projects and project justifications for new projects.
Develop & execute campaign plans that support the BASF seed treatment brands.
Build a mid-term business plan for the Nodulator brand portfolio
Forecast Sales on a by quarter bases for all brands
Manage 10-year forecast

Formula for Success
- A relevant University degree, along with 2-3 years of progressive experience in a related field is the minimum requirement.
- 2 years previous sales and marketing and/or project management experience and demonstrated leadership skills in past roles are an asset. Additional experience in a seed related function will be considered a plus.
Must possess highly effective communication skills both in oral and written forms, have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and be highly organized.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills are required for interactive project management and relationship management of both internal staff and external partners.
Ability to identify market and growth opportunities, act as enabler of business development, strong in creation of new ideas and building a plan to execute them successfully
