Where the Chemistry Happens…

The Agro Professional Development Program (PDP) recruits highly motivated, recent university graduates to join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions Division.

The PDP role is 24 months in length; with a term spent working in marketing or with the customer solutions team (CST) and the remaining time spent in a field sales role. The marketing/CST role will be located in Calgary, Alberta, while the sales will be located in somewhere in Canada. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for a field role in sales.

· B.Sc with emphasis in business, economics, marketing, agronomy, biology or a related field.
