Financial Analyst (1804151) – Charlotte, NC
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you who will be responsible for financial performance analyses associated with forecasting and planning, as well as actual results. The analyses can be operational or strategic in nature, and may include economic/ financial support from marketing, sales, and functional organizations. Effective communication will be an essential skillset for this role with stakeholders throughout North America and around the globe. In addition, you will propose methods to improve the business, and develop tools and vehicles to strengthen a value-based mindset for all levels within the business unit.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your educational background and professional experience in a Business, Finance, Accounting, or other technical field, you will provide operational reporting support to the business, paying close attention to all details, questioning abnormalities and resolving outlying data points.
Your strong proficiency in reporting and financial analysis will be a valued asset as you consolidate and issue monthly reporting for the regional Dispersions, Resins, and Additives business unit.
Successfully collaborating and engaging across the organization, you will prepare regional business reports and updates for top management meetings, and aid with various request and initiatives. Utilizing the latest reporting tools (eg Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and others) you will interface with regional and global counterparts, proposing new ways to leverage the large volumes of business data for increased value-add to our bottom line.
