Production Analyst (1900933) – Erie, PA

Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for supporting the production department at the Erie, PA site. You will ensure that process data, documentation systems, procurement systems, and production paperwork are optimized to enable timely troubleshooting and provide general support for the Production organization. Your role will be critical in supporting the Production team with projects, administrative, organizing, and reporting needs.

Formula for Success

  • Leveraging your education in Technology, Computer Science, Science or Business combined with your work experience in a production environment, you will support the Operations Managers, Contact Supervisors, and Production Engineers with timely feedback on production status, data gathering and data analysis and will lead improvement projects within the production area (5S, housekeeping, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives).

  • Utilizing your computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office programs, SAP, SharePoint and data visualization tools (such as Power Pivot, Power BI, or Tableau), you will generate and monitor reports, improve the site’s data visualization tools to optimize the use of current data systems, and provide the framework for an all-encompassing Production Support System at the site.

  • Your excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment will be key as you develop Manufacturing Order Documentation packages, place purchase requisitions, settle invoices, complete expense reports, schedule services, and liaise with Procurement for order status updates.
