Acquisition and Partnership Manager (1802748) – Florham Park, NJ

In this new role, you will support care chemicals and look at opportunities for inorganic growth in North America. If you have a passion for delivering on strategies that ensure our customers’ success, we are looking for you!

Formula for Success:

  • Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will scout for potential acquisition/partnership targets aligned to the Care Chemicals strategies in the region.

  • Building upon your business savviness, you will develop profiles for such targets including financial, portfolio, technology and market share information.

  • Your ability to draw on regional and global resources and experts and create a network of external contacts to gather market intelligence will be of significant importance to the strategy.

  • With your consultative expertise, develop marketing documents including strategic rationale and risk analysis, competition reaction.

  • You will participate in due diligence/negotiations and post M&A integration and ensure the collaboration with key stakeholders regionally and globally.

  • Leveraging your educational background and professional experience in the functional ingredients’ industry (such as Personal and/or Home Care) and strong analytical/strategy and financial background is critical to achieving these business opportunities.
