BASF is seeking a Customer Care Account Specialist like you to effectively support and manage the order to cash process, fulfillment, and demand activities to achieve total customer satisfaction for assigned customer portfolios. As a dedicated, diligent and confident professional you will have the skills and entrepreneurial drive to help ensure order fulfilment and operational excellence.

Leveraging your educational and/or professional background you will ensure a high level of quality service and delivery through successfully managing complex order-to-cash processes, expanding relationships, and leading strategic portfolio initiatives.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will proactively identify and prioritize opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, execute account plans, and effectively manage business relationships designed to champion continuous improvement and overall performance.
Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will be essential as you navigate complex order-to-cash processes and manage competing priorities.
Facilitating the resolution of order exceptions and issues impacting the customer’s order, you will utilize or establish reporting processes to identify and communicate solutions in a timely and professional manner to all stakeholders.
Demonstrating your exceptional customer care orientation will be vital as you collaborate and interface with business partners and functional teams where the ability to gain cooperation is critical.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is preferred.
