Tolling Coordinator (1803035) Florham Park, NJ or Kankakee, IL.

Where the Chemistry Happens…

The Tolling Coordinator is responsible for operational management of the North America Nutrition & Health tolling network, currently comprised of 15 sites. You will ensure that business requirements are met and confirm company compliance with Procurement and EHS corporate guidelines. You will also ensure North America activities are aligned with Global guidelines.

Formula for Success: You Will…

  • Support North America contract Manufacturing Coordinator in ensuring compliance to Global Nutrition & Health tolling policy and guidelines. Provide input and supply chain expertise into commercial contract manufacturing agreements

  • Functional leadership of all supply chain tolling activities and act as Nutrition & Health Subject Matter Expert for the tolling business processes

  • Coordinate new toller set-up (SAP Access, printers, COAs, business processes, training).

  • Provide 12 month rolling forecast to each toller (based on business input) with firm requirements within a 90-day period.

  • Establish agreed performance metrics with each toller on an annual basis by conducting monthly/quarterly review meetings with each toller to review performance vs targets and develop action plans for any non-conformance issues and audit findings.

  • Lead the Nutrition & Health monthly coordination meeting with key stake holders (supply chain, procurement, quality, product management, technical support) and maintain open channels of communication with all key stake holders

  • Manage all Master Data and execution of all SAP transactions to ensure all Master Data for tollers, raw material and products are maintained and up to date. Perform all SAP transactions within the tolling process (e.g., order intermediates, produce finished goods, transportation, returns). Based on forecast, ensure inventory levels will meet customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., delivery reliability). Reconcile inventory of raw material, packaging materials, and finished goods at tollers and ensure timely disposition of all unhealthy inventory. Track and reconcile yield performance, rework, and offgrade.

  • Collaborating and engaging across the business, you will interact with Operational Service Platform functions including Business Management, Customer Care, Foreign Trade, Inter-Regional Supply chain, and other business units.
