What you can expect
In our unit HR BASF Catalysts Germany GmbH, you will advise the local management with regard to HR products and processes of the entire HR value chain.
You shall apply your expertise for personnel planning and the recruiting of internal and external applicants.
You will support the annual performance management process and successfully carry out personnel and development exams.
During the course of strategy and change projects, you shall operationally implement suitable HR measures.
You will be responsible for advising the management and operationally implementing topics such as transfers, leaves of absence, contractual changes, disciplinary measures and resignations
What we expect
You have a relevant academic degree, e.g. bachelor's or master's.
In your previous job you managed to gain experience in HR and thus possess in-depth knowledge of business management, BASF's organization as well as in labor, social security and collective bargaining law.
You must be very proficient in the use of MS Office applications and SAP R/3 (BW, HR).
You should understand the needs of your customers, take different perspectives into account and communicate in a reliable and self-confident manner in German and in English.
You shall always ensure a constructive atmosphere in meetings and contribute to jointly finding solutions by taking responsibility and providing ideas in the team.
