What you can expect

Our unit Enzymes will gain additional momentum through the establishment of a new enzyme hub which serves as an holistic interface for our enzyme activities.

  • As Quality Assurance Specialist you will take care of the development and maintaince of documents as well as reports pertinent to Quality Assurance activities such as specifications, product statements, composition and supplier qualifications.

  • To ensure compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality requirements you will conduct audits for suppliers, contract analytical laboratories as well as toll manufacturers.

  • You will establish an effective partnership with internal staff to facilitate the timely identification and resolution of compliance/quality matters as well as other opportunities for quality process improvement.

  • Your recommendations from all reports are highly appreciated and therefore you will perform investigations as well as implement corrective actions for system and product nonconformances.

What we expect

  • bachelorĀ“s degree in Biochemistry or similar scientific discipline

  • at least three years of Quality Assurance experience in FDA or FSSC 22000 regulated industry

  • experience with food safety programs and processes

  • two years of experience performing GLP, GMP, FSSC 22000 , Food Safety, or other standard Quality Systems audits

  • fluent English as well as good German language skills

  • willingness to travel domestically as well as internationally
