What you can expect
Our unit develops and launches Digital Farming.
As a Commercial Manager you will identify global and regional customer and product requirements as well as implement the local business plan and KPI's.
Furthermore, you will evaluate the market potential for xarvio products in Southern European countries and coordinate the local product developments and launches.
Moreover, you will lead the implementation of local go-to-markets, support new product developments, commercial topics and coordinate the local market communication.
You will also set-up commercial partnerships in line with business strategies and will be the first point of contact for our partners.
Last but not least, you will manage projects and coordinate across internal competence areas and external partners.
What we expect
PhD or master's degree in business or agriculture
several years of professional experience in agricultural business
experience in business development, partnership and contract management as well as affinity for IT
strong project management and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
fluent English as well as basic German language skills
