What you can expect

Our rotational program in the field of finance offers you an opportunity for an 18-months initial development phase at Wintershall at our headquarters in Kassel starting in summer / autumn of 2018.

  • Based on specific projects and tasks, you will get to know our accounting, financial management and controlling units, depending on your personal aptitude and the focus of your studies.

  • Interdisciplinary seminars will supplement your project-related work.

  • A stay abroad at one of our branches for at least three months will allow you to gain subject-specific expertise in an intercultural context as well.

  • After a successful initial training and familiarization phase, you can expect challenging tasks in the field of finance at Wintershall or other companies within our group.

What we expect

We are looking for committed and dedicated graduates who impress us with their personal initiative, flexibility and willingness to relocate. For your work on international projects, you have intercultural skills.

We have the following minimum requirements:

  • Master's degree in business and economics or a related program with above-average grades

  • At least three months spent doing an internship in financial management (accounting, valuation, financing)

  • At least three months of time spent abroad (in the form of a semester studying abroad or internships abroad)

  • Fluent English language skills (at least level C1) and preferably another foreign language
