What you can expect
Within our business unit E-PME/L LeanSixSigma Transformation you will transform end-to-end value streams across all business processes and functions by making them more efficient and cost effective.
By ensuring quality output of each project through monitoring status (gate reviews) and progress against schedule, targets and budget you will lead and execute cross-functional projects on case-by-case basis.
You will drive active change management to establish a sustainable problem-solving culture with the aim of increased customer satisfaction.
In the creation, analysis and control of standardized processes you will assist departments and establish daily continuous improvement, CI practices and standard CI leadership.
As a mentor and coach of the LeanSixSigma Greenbelts/Specialists you will motivate and convince people to actively adopt LeanSixSigma principles and support LeanSixSigma activities.
You will establish problem-solving skills as a competitive capability to improve customer satisfaction and drive cultural change to install focus on fact-based management practices, the use of LeanSixSigma and other problem-solving methods.
What we expect
You have a degree in engineering, chemistry or business, followed by several years of experience in the field of LeanSixSigma.
In your positions to date, you have acquired in-depth subject-specific knowledge in project- and LeanSixSigma management.
You are also a proficient user of the tools involved in the process modeling. Lean and/or SixSigma certification is obligatory.
You are a well-versed user of the standard MS Office and common statistic programs.
In addition, this position demands an excellent command of both English and German, good writing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
