What you can expect
As the Regional Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing, maintaining and protecting existing and new business both technically and commercially.
You will provide technical support to customers both internal and external.
Collaborate with the technical marketing team in developing solutions for customers, including animal trials.
You will facilitate new projects internally with internal functions.
You will advise and train customers to use our products in a safe and effective manner and to maintain optimal business relationship.
You will develop effective working relationships with animal research institutes and animal trial stations in the region.
You will proactively keep up to date the latest technical developments in animal nutrition and animal sciences.
You will follow up of the compliance program of the BASF group.
You will contribute to development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans.
What we expect
You hold a PhD degree in Animal or Veterinary Science.
Min. 3 years of technical sales/technical support experience in feed-, veterinary- or animal production.
You should fluently speak English.
