What you can expect
Within our unit Application Technology & Delivery Optimization we optimize delivery processes to increase product performance.
You will evaluate the performance of crop protection products by conducting physiological studies on plants.
Furthermore, you are responsible for designing study layouts for planning and conducting optimization studies on plants.
Beyond that you will develop expertise in your field of work by documenting your research progress and its results, analyze data, elaborate statistics and compare it to results in specialist's literature.
You will present your development results to an internal audience.
What we expect
You have earned your Ph.D. in chemistry, plant physiology, pharmacy or agriculture and you already gained solid work experience.
Furthermore, you are familiar with workflows, technologies and methods of analysis in a research or development lab and you possess in-depth knowledge of plant physiology, biology as well as biochemistry.
You are well acquainted with the standard IT applications and statistic programs.
You are interested in crop production and you feel confident in handling chemicals.
You are an innovative and motivated team player with strong communication and presentation skills both in English and German.
