What you can expect
Our GEM/DC unit is responsible for the planning of all construction trades, such as building construction, civil engineering, master planning, infrastructure facilities as well as technical building equipment within the framework of BASF's large-scale projects in the field of plant construction.
You are responsible for the areas of master planning, civil engineering and infrastructure planning in the context of large plant construction and infrastructure projects.
In addition, you coordinate external planning offices as well as internal specialist units and manage the technical process.
Furthermore, you will supervise contractors on major projects at home and abroad.
Last but not least, you will be responsible for the functional planning and compliance with costs and deadlines.
What we expect
Master's degree in civil engineering with several years of professional experience in the fields of master planning and civil engineering as well as infrastructure planning
in-depth knowledge of planning and implementation of development as well as infrastructure measures, experience in 3D civil engineering planning and construction supervision is an advantage
good computer skills and a pronounced cost awareness as well as the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
flexibility, assertiveness and empathy with a strong command of English and the willingness to work abroad
