As a Data Infrastructure Manager (m/f) in Ressort I you will translate stewardship requirements into specifications for IT solutions, evaluate technical solutions from external providers and take over project management of implementation projects.

  • In the field of data wrangling and data quality you will create a network with startups and other vendors.

  • You will use your programming and statistic knowledge to either create new tools or to steer external service providers for tool design.

  • You will define the IT architecture of Data-to-Value infrastructure such as components of the enterprise data, e.g. data catalog and implement APIs.

  • You will define how to onboard and connect legacy systems to the new architecture and also interact with other execution elements such as the data integration layer team.

  • You will be working as a product owner and prioritize the backlog of a DevOps team in data onboarding.

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science or Natural Sciences.

  • In previous positions, you gained work experience in IT and applied your programming skills.

  • You are experienced in ETL processes and have good knowledge in data management.

  • Acting with entrepreneurial drive and fostering the spirit of innovation, you have a proven track record of leading projects to success.

  • You enjoy a dynamic project environment and you are a team player with an agile mindset and an understanding of how to translate needs to technical specifications.

  • Excellent communication skills in English complete your profile.
