The European Site & Verbund Management is continuously developing BASF's large European sites, thereby ensuring their competitiveness: We manage the perfect integration of infrastructure, operating services and logistics with production at each site. This ensures the basic supply of the business units, which can subsequently perform successfully on the market. What you can expect
Our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management unit works on the operating systems, equipment and infrastructure facilities involved in logistics at the Ludwigshafen site.
In this position, you will perform project planning for plant and equipment changes as well as investment projects and will be responsible for the basic as well as detailed planning from a process control engineering perspective.
In the process, you will assist the plants with your expertise in technical and conceptual matters.
Managing and procuring technical goods as well as planning services and documenting planning records in a manner that is suitable for auditing will be among your key responsibilities.
In addition, you will contribute your subject-specific knowledge in the optimization of operating processes and participate in the further development of innovative plant logistics.
What we expect
You have a degree in automation engineering or process control engineering or comparable qualifications.
You have subject-specific knowledge and skills in the areas of process control engineering/process engineering, which you have proven in practice, supplemented by experience in project management.
You speak the same language as customers and service providers, understand their requirements and communicate self-confidently and authentically in German and English in the process.
