What you can expect
The Battery Materials Competency Center is driving strategic and innovative engineering measures for the Catalysts division in the Battery Materials industry for developments into worldwide production plants.
You will coordinate and contribute to engineering activities with internal as well as external working groups across all project phases from conception to execution.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for timely, functional and cost-effective execution of the project work.
You will continuously identify potential for optimization and improvement and will be responsible for implementation, further development and emerging knowledge transfer.
You will identify resource requirements and basic cost data and promote both employee development and customer/supplier relations.
What we expect
Degree in engineering, preferably process or mechanical engineering
experience as an engineering manager, project manager, project engineer or in a supportive function in a project
thorough understanding of engineering deliverables for large capital projects and multi-discipline projects
strong communication skills in German as well as English and comfortable working in global environment
willingness to travel
