What you can expect
The unit Battery Materials Process Technology develops and optimizes procedures and new processes for the production of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries used in the electric mobility segment. This interdisciplinary team of chemists and engineers operates with global responsibility and ensures a smooth transfer from the lab phase to the production scale.
As a project manager (m/f/d), your main focus will be managing research and development projects.
In this context, you will define project goals, plan the necessary measures and coordinate them with the project partners.
You will keep the costs, timelines and resources that are involved in the project specifications in mind at all times.
In your projects you will drive progress from conceptualization to transitioning the results to the production scale.
With your distinct responsibility you will lead the employees assigned to the project and are responsible for the compliance of occupational health, safety and environmental rules as well as regulations.
What we expect
You have a degree in chemistry or engineering, ideally supplemented by a doctorate, and have gained several years of professional experience, preferably in a battery industry production environment.
You have solid knowledge and skills of battery technologies and are familiar with the processes and procedures used in research and operational labs.

You work independently and with initiative and impress with your proficient communication skills in German and English across different target groups.
