What you can expect
Within our unit Sales Management Animal Nutrition EU we develop, maintain and protect existing and new business both, technically and commercially. Please note that the workplace will be Lampertheim.
In your role as Regional Technical Manager you will provide technical support for internal as well as external customers.
In close collaboration with the technical marketing team you will develop solutions for customers, including animal trials.
In order to maintain optimal business relationships, you will advise and train customers to use our products in a safe and effective manner.
Furthermore, you will develop effective working relationships with animal research institutes and animal trial stations in the region.
You will proactively keep up to date the latest technical developments in animal nutrition and animal sciences and will follow up on the compliance program of the BASF group.
What we expect
PhD degree in animal or veterinary science
Several years of experience in sales or technical support within the field of feed-, veterinary- or animal production
Proficient user of MS Office as well as other IT applications
Fluent in English and German
