What you can expect
Our unit Global Operations Battery Materials, along with our research and development capabilities, provides broad expertise to our customers in the development of new battery materials and products.
You will lead the site asset and technology managers and define, maintain as well as update the asset management concept according to business needs in close cooperation with site management teams and plant managers.
In order to improve EHS, quality and costs, you will act as knowledge facilitator, providing technology support for the optimization of process and product control as well as engineering and maintenance of the plants.
In close cooperation with other units you will evaluate and introduce new products and raw materials as well as the mass production technology.
In your role as CAPEX project controller, you will evaluate the technology package as well as the investment plan and update the project status.
Last but not least, you will involve and support all asset and technology related topics and projects in the global operation.
What we expect
master's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
at least five years of experience in the field of R&D, technology or production
knowledge of battery materials and project management skills
entrepreneurial drive, strong customer focus and ability to lead a strong technology team
excellent communication skills in English and German
