What you can expect

Within our team, you will be the point of contact for selected companies on matters of financial reporting according to IFRS/IAS and will also ensure compliance with accounting and valuation principles of the BASF Group.

  • Together with your colleagues, you will make a substantial contribution in preparing the annual, quarterly and monthly financial statements and in commenting on the financial position and financial performance of the BASF Group.

  • You will work largely independently on one or more accounting-related topics and act as the global point of contact for them.

  • You will implement projects related to financial reporting and participate in M&A Projects.

What we expect

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration and have extensive knowledge and skills in the in the areas group accounting and international financial reporting.

  • You also have basic knowledge and skills in the area of taxes.

  • You are a proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and can master your tasks in both German and English.

  • You have excellent presentation and advising skills and enjoy sharing knowledge with your team.
