What you can expect

In our unit Technical Management Europe, you will be in charge of providing technical support to the technical managers to ensure fast and cost effective product development work.

  • Assessing trial data and presenting results using graphical and statistical methods as well as IT systems to relevant communities is one of your core tasks.

  • Your know-how on trial results will lead to conclusions being business critical for optimum product performance and positioning.

  • Additionally, you will help to establish GAPs, to compile bio-dossiers and to support relevant communities while transferring gathered knowledge.

  • For field trials being managed either internally or externally, you will organize trial protocols according to relevant EU guidance documents and assure in time delivery of test samples.

  • Your support of regulatory and political activities is crucial to influence the development of new guidelines.

What we expect

  • You have earned a degree (M.Sc./Diploma) in agricultural sciences or biology and have profound knowledge in agronomy and crop protection as well as biometry and statistics.

  • You are confident in giving presentations and are versed in using your good English and German language skills on a daily basis at work.

  • You are well acquainted with the standard IT applications, while your personal strengths also include analytical thinking, structured working and collaboration for achievement.
