What you can expect

Our unit Global Technology and Investments drives responsible care and profitable growth for the world's leading catalyst supplier by developing, improving and applying the safest and best manufacturing technologies to meet the needs of our customers.

  • You act as the global focal point for one key manufacturing technology and technology contact for one specific site and regularly travel to international customers and partners.

  • While steering innovation projects and topics within the phase gate process you also manage resources, budget and drive the realization of process improvements together with operations.

  • By developing Clean Sheets Safety Reviews (CSSR) and RC audits, you support the development of global concepts for process safety and its implementation.

  • You will analyze cost and technology benchmarks and evaluate the options for introducing new products and technologies into production.

  • Furthermore, developing and optimizing technical concepts whilst leading or supporting capex projects falls within your duties.

What we expect

  • You successfully completed your master's degree or diploma in chemistry or chemical engineering and have gained several years of experience and knowledge in catalyst and/or solids handling production processes and methods.

  • In your previous activities, you have gathered expertise in project management.

  • You have good communication skills in English and German and speak both languages on an advanced level.
