What you can expect
As Product Manager Digital Farming Mobile Solutions, you will develop and execute product concepts for specific mobile solutions in Digital Farming and help the countries to employ them. Furthermorre, you will lead activities for imaged based weed, pest and disease detection and other mobile applications which contribute to our digital farming offering to provide holistic advice to growers and massive data generation.
You will develop and realize the global business plan and KPI's, validate offer value with Digital Farming locals and growers in key crops and give input to global development process.
Besides leading the mobile application LCM process of dedicated tools e.g. weed, pest and disease decision support tools, you will align product management activities with global and regional Digital Farming team members.
You will identify priorities for tool development for chosen use cases in the given geographies, establish regular exchange and align development activities with the related product owner .
In close alignment with the overall Digital Farming offering you will insure capabilities to adapt development steps and milestones.
You will push cross-regional and -functional communication skills to transfer best-practices of existing tools and drive benchmarking of competitive product concepts globally.
What we expect
After earning your bachelor's degree in business administration or agriculture, you have amassed several years of professional experience in the areas of global agriculture marketing or product management.
In your positions to date, you have acquired in-depth subject-specific knowledge and skills in product- and project management. You also have high affinity for new IT solutions and design thinking.
You are a proficient user of the standard MS Office programs and SAP.
Your excellent English language skills allow you to engage in discussions with colleagues and customers proficiently at an international level.
You are able to operate highly independently with an entrepreneurial spirit and autonomously without established routines and processes.
