What you can expect

You will be responsible from day one for reviewing all HR Processes regarding Compensation and Job Grading for our Division Construction Chemicals, according to the Business requirements, and provide transparency to the organization. The scope of this position is 50% global and 50% European.

  • You will develop, implement and monitor compensation systems, policies and procedures by monitoring market conditions and making sure that the organization operates within the defined HC Budgets & Personnel Costs.

  • You will coordinate global, regional and sub-regional compensation-related projects as well as HR initiatives.

  • You introduce a proper planning and follow up structure for Compensation & Benefit related topics.

  • You lead the Job evaluation process with Strata methodology, making sure that internal alignment is met across the Regional Business Units.

  • You ensure that reference pay lines are in line with market needs and with the global and regional policies.

  • You ensure that our Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) reflect the Regional Business Unit's needs and the global framework.

What we expect

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration and have at least five years of experience in a similar role, which allowed you to work on strategic HR projects in an international matrix organization.

  • You have very good knowledge in remuneration, compensation, job grading and personnel planning.

  • Your excellent language skills in English help you communicate effectively in your daily work. German language skills are a plus.

  • You have a solid knowledge of the MS Package, especially Excel.
