Nourishing lotions, mild shampoos, protective sunscreens. Gentle, environmentally friendly detergents and high-performance household and industrial cleaners - all these products contain ingredients made by our Care Chemicals division. Beyond that, we also offer, for example, solutions for plant protection, for technical applications in construction chemistry or raw materials for the coatings industry. What you can expect
Our Quality Management Systems and Audits team in the European Business unit Personal Care supports the fulfillment of customer and market requirements. We are embedded in a broad network between business, production,supply chain, sales and our customers.
You will support our company by securing and managing the European sustainability certifications.
Additionally you will translate standards into requirements.
Furthermore, you will be in charge of planning, preparation, execution and follow up of external and internal audits to secure fulfillment of the standards.
Also, you will be responsible to elaborate the audit schedule with external certifier and communicate with all included sites.
Last but not least, within your responsibility you will have the opportunity to travel to our European sites.
What we expect
bachelor or masters degree in business administration or natural science
at least two years of relevant working experience
experience with quality and project management
ability to convince and communicate including practiced audit skills
