Formula for Success: You Will…
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office administrative support for the Product Supply Organization located in Regina.
Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
Organize and attend meetings as required
Record and distribute minutes/actions items
Document and presentation preparation
Receive and respond to phone calls and messages. Communicate general information to all employees and receive feedback
Complete and maintain all projects and tasks in an efficient and prioritized fashion
Archival of files, maintenance of files in office and archive
Compliance with the Document retention policy
Reception duties as needed
Verify and enter employee training records into the learning management system
Creating appointments and organizing resources for annual employee medicals
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Post-secondary training in office administration or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Agriculture industry knowledge is an asset
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills are key when dealing with a large user group
Ability to identify priorities and remain flexible when working with different departments with different deadlines
Going beyond the current role when necessary to find the resources/expertise to complete a project without limitations
