What you can expect
Our unit Global Technology drives responsible care and profitable growth for the world's leading catalyst supplier by developing, improving and applying the safest and best technologies to meet our customers needs. We are looking for two assistants to support our team starting April 2022.
In your new role, you will support our project management in the administrative as well as operational day-to-day business.
Furthermore, you will assume professional responsibility for plant documentation. You will set the base structure of the operation manual and care about getting the input from the relevant functions on site and in the project.
As an interface to the operations and project team CAM 1.0, you will adopt the respective operation requirements of CAM 1.0 and work on occupational safety and standard operation procedures right from the beginning.
You help to get things moving: You will check the process and equipment layouts of the suppliers to implement operability and elaborate efficient work processes.
Last but not least, you will prepare presentations in order to share your knowledge.
What we expect
bachelor's degree in process or mechanical engineering, alternatively master craftsman or technician qualification
at least three years of relevant experience within operations of a chemical plant
familiar with LEAN or 5S methodologies in the field and risk assessments of regular work processes
well versed with SAP PM as well as MS Office
authentic communication skills in English and German
open-minded team player with careful work and good planning
