What you can expect

Our unit Global Technology drives responsible care and profitable growth for the world’s leading catalyst supplier by developing, improving and applying the safest and best manufacturing technologies to meet the needs of our customers.

  • You will perform innovation processes to support developing the manufacturing technologies of the future that provide competitive advantages for the business by hands-on project engineering work.

  • By providing technical support to the capital project, you will ensure full functionality of the new plant and processes, profitability and the realization of the business strategy on our site in Schwarzheide.

  • You will ensure technology synergies to the CAM 1.0 processes and equipments where possible and drive sustainable improvements of detail plant design with your own expertise and creativity.

  • By verifying plant P&IDs, vendors technical specifications and functional process design you will guarantee a reliable and fast document approval process.

  • As Technology Engineer, you will develop and ensure the implementation of plant safety concepts to eliminate serious process safety hazards.

What we expect

  • PhD or master's degree in chemistry or engineering

  • at least five to six years of professional experience and Minimum three years within a business-related field

  • highly motivated to get to know CAM technology and to work in the CAM technology space

  • proven ability to lead significant, complex projects with a data driven approach as well as to manage cross functional teams

  • fluent in English and German

  • willing and able to travel
