Customer Care Team Lead (1805585) – Southfield, MI

Where the Chemistry Happens

BASF is seeking a professional like you to supervise a team of Customer Care Account Representatives and/or Specialists while maintaining order fulfillment responsibilities. We will look to you to aid in the execution of the Customer Experience Strategy to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding the expectations.

Formula for Success

• Leading a team of Customer Care Representatives, you will establish objectives, delegate and distribute work, conduct quality monitoring of performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

• Your knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes and materials planning will be essential as you manage order to cash process activities such as expediting, basic returns, back order monitoring, sample and zero-dollar orders, and removing obstacles that may impact customer requirements and BASF’s ability to satisfy them.

• Your demonstrated business acumen will be a valued asset as you identify sensitive and/or high-risk issues that are outside of daily activities, and be a key contributor for developing and implementing solutions.

• Your ability to engage across the organization, strong time management skills, prioritization of responsibilities, and ability to manage workflow for others as you will provide project leadership by organizing clear key deliverables, establishing and meeting deadlines, and spearhead action item resolution.

• Your ability to adapt to ever-changing workload requirements will be essential as you will lead, drive, and implement new technologies and processes within your team environment.

• Your experience with Non-Conformance Management (NCM) measures will be a plus as you help to ensure proper investigation and corrective actions for sustainable processes.
